Le Bab ‘Michelin
Describing themselves as ‘the only restaurant deploying top Michelin credentials on kebabs.’ the Le Bab restaurant chain will be opening up in Brixton soon, taking over the site of the former Ms Cupcake vegan bakery (by the entrance to Market Row).
With branches already open in trendy locations like Soho, Covent Garden, Dalston and Old Street, the owners say:
Le Bab is totally unique in that we’re the only restaurant deploying top Michelin credentials on kebabs. We innovatively incorporate diverse, global and gastronomic influences, using top end ingredients in all of our kebabs.
Our meat is free-range and it is sourced from the UK, always using minimal food miles. Our ingredients are carefully chosen, ethical and sustainable – this is super important to us.
Think of it as a mixture of Turkish, Greek, Mediterranean, Lebanese, Middle-Eastern and Indian / Lahore – a totally unique menu like no other.
