The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Brass rod – initiation of AD duty investigations of brass rod from Brazil, India, Israel, Korea, Mexico, and South Africa and CV duty investigations of brass rod from India, Israel, and Korea; subject goods are generally classified under HTSUS 7407.21.9000, 7407.21.7000, and 7407.21.1500 and may also be entered under HTSUS 7403.21.0000, 7407.21.3000, and 7407.21.5000
Garlic – continuation of AD duty order on fresh garlic from China, effective May 24
Pipe – dumping margins of zero and 6.17 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on large-diameter welded pipe from Korea for the period May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022
Steel cylinders – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of non-refillable steel cylinders from India; subject goods are generally classified under HTSUS 7311.00.0060 and 7311.00.0090 and may also be entered under HTSUS 7310.29.0030 and 7310.29.0065
Tires – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India, effective May 25
